Farnham Primary and Horton Grange Primary are Extended Schools and work together as part of the Full Service Provision offered within the local community.

The schools work together with the Family Learning Centre and The Khidmat Centre.  Both facilities offer a wide range of services of benefit to the local community.  These include Childcare services, English lessons, Health and Job services.
